Shipping Policies
We ship our orders via USPS, but based on the size of the order we may use other methods of shipping.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, some within 24 hours based on volume
of orders received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the following business day
If your order takes longer we will notify you when your order being shipped.
We observe all United States postal holidays. All orders will ship from our USA warehouses
Refund & Exchanges
We thank you for your support with your purchase. However if you are unsatisfied with your
purchase we only make refunds if the item is unused and sealed and can be resold.
Buyers incur a 15% restocking fee and must request in writing before sending the item back.
New Venture Gaming does not participate in product exchanges.
Warranty
New Venture Gaming values it’s relationship with it’s Brands and Partners and the quality of the products they produce.
We cannot guarantee as an online retailer a warranty on their product we sell. It’s incumbent on the customer to perform due
diligence through research before a purchase.
