• As an online gaming store, we ship our orders via USPS. However, based on the size of the order, we may use other shipping methods.
• Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Some orders may ship within 24 hours, based on the volume of orders received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the following business day.
• If your order takes longer to process, we will notify you when your order is shipped.
• We observe all United States postal holidays. All orders will ship from our USA warehouses.

We thank you for your support with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we only issue refunds if the item is unused, sealed, and can be resold.

Buyers incur a 15% restocking fee and must submit a request in writing before sending the item back.
